Pondering Acres partners with trusted print-on-demand manufacturers to produce each item after it is ordered. This approach reduces waste and allows us to offer a growing catalog without maintaining inventory.
Processing Time
Most physical products are produced within 2–5 business days before shipping.
During holidays or periods of high demand, processing may take a little longer.
Shipping Time
Shipping times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information (when available).
Please note that estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed and may be affected by weather, carrier delays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Digital Products
Digital downloads are available immediately after purchase.
You'll receive access to your files through your order confirmation and download instructions.
Because digital products are delivered instantly, they cannot be returned or exchanged.
Returns & Exchanges
Each physical item is printed specifically for your order.
Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

Lost Packages
